At Prakrati Organic Food, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Refunds
We offer a 7 day refund policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Please note that perishable goods such as fresh produce or dairy products are exempt from being returned for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference. To assist us in resolving the issue swiftly, kindly provide photos or a detailed description of the problem.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service team at support@prakratiorganicfood.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation or shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
